Local restaurateurs Billy Quon & wife Teresa, are anxious to show you why lunch or dinner at The Volcano Grill and the beauty of Carmel Valley are “No-ka ‘oi” (the best)! Enjoy delectable dishes all beautifully prepared by Chef Herbert Amaya, and served by a friendly and dedicated staff! Owners Billy & Teresa, are usually always there to greet and satisfy their guests.

The Mai Tai Bar features all of your favorite cocktails, from martinis to hi-balls, along with original Hawaiian specialties, including the “original 1944 Mai Tai”. Enjoy your favorite libation on the comfortable patio, complete with fire pits, comfortable furnishings, and feel the warmth of “heated palmtrees” for ultimate lanai dining comfort.

The Volcano Grill serves lunch Wednesday thru Sunday from 11:30am-4:00pm,

Dinner Wednesday thru Sunday from 4:00pm-9:00pm (9:30pm Fri/Sat). The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday completely.

Reservations are taken from 11:00am Wed-Sun, and can be made in advance. Call 831-659-1280.

We would be happy to make menu recommendations, and list house specialties! Your order will be packaged in “Eco-Friendly” containers, with eco-flatware & plates available for the asking.
